    Rosemary leaf extract is prepared by extraction of the leaves of Rosmarinus officinalis using a food-approved solvent system. This is a fragrant, woody herb often used to prepare dishes. Thanks to its ability to act as a natural preservative to prevent the formation of free radicals, its application in food delays oxidation processes. 

     

    There are natural ingredients that perform antioxidant functions by themselves and Rosemary is one of them. Many studies actually demonstrate that the antioxidant capacity of this extract is more practical than others traditionally used in the food industry.
