    RIBOFLAVIN

This product is not available at the moment

Riboflavin is also known as vitamin B2. It is found in both plant and animal foods, including milk, meat, eggs, nuts, flour, and green vegetables. Riboflavin is a key component of coenzymes, which play major roles in energy production.

Riboflavin is involved in many body processes. It's required for the proper development of the skin, lining of the digestive tract, blood cells, and brain function.

Several studies conducted have found evidence of a beneficial effect of riboflavin supplements on migraine headaches in adults and children. People also most commonly use riboflavin to prevent riboflavin deficiency, and for high levels of homocysteine in the blood. It's also used to treat acne, muscle cramps, and many other conditions. Riboflavin, thanks to its coenzyme activity, may prevent the DNA damage caused by many carcinogens.
