Hydroxytyrosol is a poliphenol that is found in the extra virgin olive oil, in the leaves and fruit of olive, with several benefits.Its efficacy has been demonstrated in numerous clinical trials in vivo.Hydroxytyrosol is considered one of the most powerful antioxidants with numerous beneficial health effects. The ORAC value of pure Hydroxytyrosol is 40 umol TE/mg.
