Hesperidin is found in botanical extract produced mainly from the peels of different citrus fruits like lemons and oranges. This molecule is a type of powerful antioxidant called bioflavonoid which is often used to treat osteoarthritis and other inflammatory conditions and it also enhances the absorption of vitamin C. Antioxidants also help to fight free radicals in our bodies which can be harmful for humans. Free radicals are molecules that cause oxidative stress and contribute to aging and disease. 

Hesperidin is also known for improving blood flow and blood vessel conditions such as varicose veins, hemorrhoids and bad circulation (venous stasis).
